Phil is a Principal Associate with Natural Capital Economics and brings 25 years’ experience advising on water industry strategy and economics.
Phil provides advice to business and government agencies across Australia in areas including cost-benefit analysis, regulated and commercial pricing, option evaluation, feasibility assessment and the valuation of social and environmental ‘externalities’.
Phil regularly conducts economic and triple bottom line evaluations of new initiatives, ranging from household demand management and reuse, to some of the largest infrastructure projects in Australia. Phil has also assisted many water businesses and cooperatives to develop robust long-term strategies, business forecasts and governance arrangements.
Phil brings over 10 years’ consulting experience and prior to that led commercial and pricing functions for a large water corporation. This gives Phil a unique insight into all aspects of the water sector.
