ECONOMIC REVIEW OF BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT

We were engaged by Building Queensland (BQ) review the demand forecasts, economic analysis (cost-benefit analysis and economic impact assessments) and the commercial and financial analysis for two major irrigation projects (combined capital cost > $700 million). Both projects would augment supplies for irrigated agriculture and urban uses, while one would also enhance supply volumes and reliability for industrial customers. The reviews provided independent advice to the Board of BQ on the long-term economic viability of the investments.
