The purpose of this project was to research and assess the key opportunities and constraints for the sustainable development of the Lockyer Valley Food Bowl. A major emphasis of this project was the analysis of key supply chains, the prerequisites for greater value adding in the region (including processing) and the key supply-side constraints to the region’s development.   The project involved the development of a detailed information report as well as a higher-level strategy document to guide the region’s facilitation of future investment.
